What are the responsibilities and job description for the Membership Advisor position at Monarch Athletic Club?
We’re continuing to grow the team at Monarch Athletic Club and are looking for Membership Advisors across all club locations.
This role is available in both part-time and full-time capacities, with opportunities to step into a larger role as we continue to expand.
We’re looking for individuals who understand that great sales is really about building trust and guiding someone toward the right decision, not just closing a deal.
This is a strong fit for someone who:
• Is comfortable in a high-touch, relationship-driven sales environment
• Communicates clearly and builds rapport quickly
• Has an interest in health, performance, and longevity
• Takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, in-person setting
