Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective members through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and territory management to generate new leads and expand membership base
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase membership benefits, emphasizing value propositions tailored to individual needs
- Manage existing member accounts with excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and retention through ongoing support and upselling opportunities
- Develop strategic business relationships via B2B sales channels, fostering partnerships that enhance membership growth
- Lead territory management initiatives by identifying new markets, executing targeted marketing campaigns, and executing direct sales efforts within assigned regions
- Negotiate membership packages and renewal terms with clients, demonstrating strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a focus on business development and account management
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies combined with technology sales expertise to effectively promote membership offerings
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with customer service acumen to build lasting relationships and upsell effectively
- Ability to conduct product demos and technical sales presentations confidently to diverse audiences
- Skilled in inside sales techniques including cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales approaches
- Demonstrated capability in analysis skills for evaluating market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly
