Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Orange County, CA. This role is responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and presenting Monarch’s aesthetic and medical device solutions to prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, meeting with providers to understand their needs, preparing proposals, and following up to close sales in line with revenue targets. The Sales Specialist will maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, support after purchase, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role also involves participating in training sessions, industry events, and ongoing education to stay current with product features, market trends, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building trust, delivering presentations, and supporting clients before and after purchase.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to prospect, qualify leads, manage pipelines, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
