This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist/Estimator located in Lilburn, GA. The role involves managing sales activities, providing accurate project estimations, and ensuring client needs are met with tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, preparing and delivering detailed proposals, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities to drive company growth. Effective collaboration with the construction and operations teams is also key in ensuring the successful implementation of projects.
- Proficient in Customer Service and capable of building and maintaining client relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development with a strong ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively engaging with clients and team members
- Solid expertise in Project Estimation, including preparation of accurate and detailed proposals
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in the construction or renovations industry is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in relevant software or estimation tools is a plus
