Monaco Motorsports is a rapidly growing e-commerce brand specializing in aftermarket performance and styling parts for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and other European vehicles. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, automotive-savvy team member to join our operations department — someone who understands car parts, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
1. Order Processing
- Oversee order flow from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate fulfillment across in-house inventory and drop-shipping partners
- Manage exchanges and returns
- Update tracking information and proactively communicate order status with customers
2. Customer Service
- Respond to customer emails, calls, and social media messages professionally
- Ensure all inquiries are answered by the end of each business day
- Verify all orders are handled accurately
- Handle defect or damage reports and return requests with professionalism
- Encourage happy customers to leave positive Reviews post-purchase
- Maintain a polite, brand-consistent tone across all communication channels
3. Sales & Social Management
- Engage with product inquiries via email, phone, and social media
- Identify and contact influencers or affiliates for marketing collaborations
- Forward wholesale or partnership opportunities to the Product Manager
4. Excel / Google Sheets & Reporting
- Keep all assigned trackers up to date daily
- Maintain the Returns Tracker, Inventory Tracker, and Supplier Order Tracker
Qualifications
- Automotive knowledge is required — must be familiar with aftermarket parts, fitment, and vehicle makes/models (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc.)
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or order fulfillment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency with Google Sheets (or Excel)
- Experience with BigCommerce, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus
