Insurance Coordinator/Treatment Coordinator

We are a growing general dental practice and we are looking for a reliable, team-oriented, initiative-taking taking responsible front desk cum treatment coordinator with able to multitask.Our office utilize appointed with state-of-the-art technology, including scanner and digital radiography. We desire to attract and retain quality-oriented staff that have excellent work ethic and communication skills. We pride ourselves on being ethical, consistent and dedicated.Candidate must be willing to learn and be able to work alone handling day to day job duties with a positive attitude in a time efficient manner.A qualified candidate should meet the following expectations:Must be able to check in and check out patients, enter ledger payments, answer patient calls in a friendly manner.Must be good at collecting payments and following up on claims and outstanding balances.Must possess understanding of PPO dental insurances and working with insurance companies to verify claims before the patient appointmentPresenting treatment plan to the patients in a friendly manner that gets acceptance.Great work ethics and Punctuality desired.We'll provide competitive compensation.
