Well established, mid-sized law firm located in the Western Suburbs seeks a commercial litigation associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, superior writing proficiency, and excellent communication skills. We are specifically looking for an attorney who fits well in our collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Active member in good standing with the Illinois State Bar.
- JD from accredited law school.
- Ability to conduct research for, analyze, and write civil litigation pleadings, briefs and discovery documents.
- Experience in handling evidentiary hearings and trials.
- Ability to independently manage litigation files.
- Exceptional advocacy skills.
- Strong work ethic.
For this position, our firm offers a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. We also offer performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefit package which includes health and dental insurance, 401(k) match and profit sharing, and reimbursement for CLE and marketing.
