Entry Level Team Member - B2B

Momentus Business Association is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated individuals who want to gain real-world experience in a professional, customer-focused environment. The Entry Level Team Member role is designed for people who enjoy working with others, learning new products and services, and building strong communication skills while representing AT&T.

As an Entry Level Team Member , you’ll work directly with business owners to provide information about internet and connectivity services, answer questions, and help customers understand their available options. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where communication, professionalism, and attention to customer needs are important. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team that values teamwork, accountability, and continued development.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Entry Level Team Member (B2B):

• Communicate with businesses and provide information about AT&T internet and connectivity services
• Answer questions and provide helpful information throughout the customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow established procedures
• Follow up with customers when needed and help ensure a smooth experience
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily customer service goals
• Participate in ongoing training to build product knowledge and communication skills

Pay: $50,766.79 - $61,138.50 per year
