Momentus Business Association is hiring an Entry Level Assistant Manager to help lead and grow our sales team. The role is for someone who wants to build a career in management. You'll learn team leadership and daily operations, and you'll also oversee a small sales team promoting AT&T services.

Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Receive training to be able to oversee and support a small sales team promoting AT&T wireless and fiber services in Indiana
- Coach, train, and develop new team members
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions on communication, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- Coordinate territory planning so the team works efficiently
- Track weekly performance numbers and find ways to improve team results
- Take part in customer acquisition to stay connected to the sales process
- Communicate between the sales team and senior leadership to keep goals aligned
Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- Interest in management, leadership, and career growth
- Strong communication and people skills
