Overview
We are looking for a motivated Solar Electrician to join our fast-growing team. Some residential electrical experience is required.

Requirements:
- Installs, repairs/ replaces, and tests associated electrical circuits and equipment using appropriate tools and testing instruments.
- Troubleshoots electrical wiring and components. Some experience with electrical wiring and residential wiring experience.
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Residential electrical experience is required.
- Ability to use appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment to repair, install, replace, and test PV-related electrical circuits and associated equipment.
- Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade.
- Ability to read residential electrical blueprints and understand and apply NEC codes as applicable.
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
- Ability to work on roofs and in attics.
- Ability to work well with others with a strong focus on teamwork.
- Training and certifications will be provided.
