We evaluate each consumer’s individual needs to determine appropriate treatment necessary to obtain optimum progress. Momentum Services provides the least restrictive professional methods utilized in a consumer’s personal treatment, and do not use unnecessary or excessive methods under any circumstances.

Requirements:
- Master's Degree and/or Licensure is preferred (LSW, LCSW, LPC)
- Organized, focused, goal-oriented
- Skilled and comfortable with working with a variety of diagnoses
- Excellent time management skills
- Flourishes in a supportive team environment
- Works well independently
- Efficient with paperwork deadlines
