Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Chambersburg, PA. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans based on behavior analysis principles, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, and monitoring progress. The role also involves providing training and education to parents, guardians, and other caregivers, as well as collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support clients in achieving their goals. Additional responsibilities include data collection, report writing, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field
- BCBA Certification (or in the process of certification)
- LBS License in Pennsylvania (or in the process of licensure)
- A passion for providing high clinical outcomes for the clients we serve
- Passionate drive for development of supervised staff
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable, Independent Transportation
- Flexibility in scheduling
Requirements:
- Programming implementation of Autistic individuals up to the age of 21
- Collaboration and coordination of care with a multi-disciplinary team
- Thorough clinical assessment and development of an Individualized Treatment Plan
- Oversight of the implementation of the Treatment Plan
- Knowledge of formal assessment tools
- Ability to transfer skills to parents
- Provide supervision to individuals who provide Behavioral Health Technician services
