Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Lead ABA programming with clarity, care, and creativity
• Supervise RBTs and ensure gold-standard service delivery
• Conduct assessments and craft individualized treatment plans
• Partner closely with families, listening, teaching, empowering
• Participate in multidisciplinary teamwork (OT, Speech, Parent Support)
• Bring your expertise into a center designed to uplift both children and clinicians
What We’re Looking For• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Passion for child-centered, trauma-informed, culturally responsive ABA
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Ability to collaborate with therapists, parents, and educators
