Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Harrisburg, PA. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs, collaborating with parents and other caregivers for education and support, and focusing on behavior management strategies. The BCBA will work closely with clients and their families to develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) skills
- Experience in Parent Education and Psychology
- Proficiency in Behavior Management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
- Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
- One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
