Momentum Marketing is hiring one Entry Level Management Trainee to join our face-to-face sales team in San Antonio, TX. This is a customer-facing role where sales, communication, and public interaction are core responsibilities from day one.
This position involves direct, face-to-face sales and customer acquisition at approved community venues, retail locations, and live campaign sites. This is not a remote role, not a desk position, and not a call center.
Role Responsibilities
This is a hands-on role with clear sales accountability:
- Conduct face-to-face sales conversations with customers on behalf of Momentum Marketing’s clients
- Represent brands professionally at live campaign locations
- Clearly explain products, services, or initiatives and guide customers through sign-up or purchase decisions
- Work toward daily and weekly sales targets
- Track results and adjust communication techniques to improve performance
- Maintain brand presentation standards and professionalism in public environments
- Support campaign setup and execution
- Progress into campaign leadership and team supervision based on performance
