Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with the elderly population preferred
- Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
- Compassion and empathy for others
- Strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Clean resident rooms and perform discharge cleaning duties, including dusting, sanitizing, disinfecting, wiping, and scrubbing beds, walls, furniture, and fixtures
- Replenish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies as needed
- Keep housekeeping carts clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Collect, clean, and deliver resident laundry
- Follow daily housekeeping and project assignments
