Location – Minneapolis, MN

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical, product, or analytics-focused role (internships included).
- Strong technical background (CS, engineering, mathematics, or related field preferred with AI educational background).
- Knowledge on Agentic AI (Mandatory).
- Healthcare domain is preference.
- Working knowledge on end to end.
- Demonstrated exposure to AI (coursework, personal projects, internships, or previous roles).
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, analytics, design, and operations teams.
- Solid planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Keen product intuition, sense of user experience, and appreciation for good design.
- Business and operations acumen with a data-driven mindset.
