Responsibilities Include
- Conduct Environmental Process Analysis
- Support Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement Initiatives
- Monitor and Improve Equipment Reliability
- Participate in Environmental Compliance Activities
- Collaborate on Waste Management and Sustainability Projects
- Analyze Operational Data and Develop Recommendations
- Partner with Cross-Functional Teams
Qualifications
The following are required for the role
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Completed at least one year of undergraduate coursework prior to the start of the internship
- Strong interest in environmental compliance, sustainability, manufacturing operations, and industrial wastewater treatment
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and communicate findings effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of application and for at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship.
- The candidate is expected to be available 40 hours a week for a period of 10-12 weeks between the months of May and August.
