JOB SUMMARY:
The Warehouse & Installation Associate supports warehouse operations and assists with the preparation, handling, and installation of in-store displays, tradeshow exhibits, and company products. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are organized, shipments are accurate, and installations run smoothly.
Backup Coverage:
The Warehouse & Installation Associate supports the department and warehouse operations as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory and materials
- Pick, pack, and stage items for outbound shipments
- Support loading and unloading of trucks and deliveries
- Assist installers with assembling exhibit components, displays, and fixtures
- Help prepare materials and tools needed for installations
- Perform basic pre-show and post-show checks of exhibit materials
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and restocking returned items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and work areas
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
- Support team members with general warehouse and installation tasks as needed
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week and weekends when necessary.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or receiving environment preferred
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of tools and general construction concepts preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn installation processes and warehouse operations
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying schedules as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.)
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
