Warehouse & Installation Associate

JOB SUMMARY:

The Warehouse & Installation Associate supports warehouse operations and assists with the preparation, handling, and installation of in-store displays, tradeshow exhibits, and company products. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are organized, shipments are accurate, and installations run smoothly.

Backup Coverage:

The Warehouse & Installation Associate supports the department and warehouse operations as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory and materials


• Pick, pack, and stage items for outbound shipments


• Support loading and unloading of trucks and deliveries


• Assist installers with assembling exhibit components, displays, and fixtures


• Help prepare materials and tools needed for installations


• Perform basic pre-show and post-show checks of exhibit materials


• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and restocking returned items


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and work areas


• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times


• Support team members with general warehouse and installation tasks as needed


• Willingness to work 40 hours per week and weekends when necessary.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 

• High school diploma or GED required


• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or receiving environment preferred


• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment preferred


• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)


• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment


• Basic knowledge of tools and general construction concepts preferred


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Good verbal communication skills


• Willingness to learn installation processes and warehouse operations


• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying schedules as needed


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.)

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
