POSITION SUMMARY

The Account Manager is responsible for supporting and coordinating client projects from initiation through completion. This role involves serving as a key point of contact for clients, managing timelines, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the planning and execution of in-store marketing programs
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide status updates and collect feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth project execution
  • Track inventory levels and support fulfillment efforts
  • Maintain and update project management systems and contribute to reporting
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve project issues as they arise
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Program Director and project team as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, account management, marketing support, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-through skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook; familiarity with tools such as SharePoint or Workfront is a plus
  • Positive, collaborative, and team-focused attitude
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Ability to travel occasionally and successfully pass a color vision test, if applicable

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have direct supervisory duties; however, it requires leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and guiding internal resources to ensure high-quality project delivery.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This role involves regular sitting and computer use, with occasional standing or walking. Required vision abilities include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee may occasionally be required to lift up to 10 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment is generally moderate in noise level and may include time spent in field locations and direct interaction with clients. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
