Landscape Crew Lead Requirements:
- Must have a valid Drivers License to apply
- 3 years experience preferred
- Understand materials, methods, and skills used in various landscaping projects common to the Midwest region
- Experience in landscape construction or related field
- Ability to proficiently operate various machinery
- Read, speak, and understand English
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. to shoulder height
Essential Job Functions of Landscape Crew Lead:
- Communicate and manage people diverse in language, ability, educational levels, and experience
- Supervise staff and Sub Contractors engaged in implementation of construction plan
- Ability to read and understand a construction plan
- Ensure all permits and approvals are in place
- Keep and maintain accurate records (time, materials used, design plan, receipts, etc.)
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, efficiency, and customer service
Location: Shakopee, MN
Job Type: Full-time, Year-round
