Landscape Crew Leader

We are a growing landscaping company based in Northfield, Minnesota, looking for experienced Landscape Crew Leaders as well as hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the industry. Our goal is to create beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces that bring excitement and enjoyment to our clients.

Our crews meet each morning at our shop in Northfield to load company trucks and trailers with materials and equipment before heading to project sites throughout Northfield and the south metro area.

We specialize in a wide variety of landscape installation and maintenance projects, including:

• Planting beds with edging, shrubs, and trees
• Landscape maintenance and trimming
• Paver patio installations
• Retaining walls
• Native prairie installations
• Dry creek beds
• Koi ponds and waterfalls
• Organic and traditional lawn care services
• Commercial and residential landscape services

Requirements

• Valid Driver's license with a driving record insurable under the company policy
• 2 years landscaping experience for crew leaders
• Ability to obtain a DOT health card
• Able to lead and be apart of a team
• Ability to read and work off of landscape designs
• Skills and experience with patios, grading, retaining walls, irrigation systems
• Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks per bid requirements.
• Experience working with equipment: trucks, trailers, skid loaders, and other landscaping equipment
• Ability to perform physical labor: bending, pulling, and lifting 80 lbs or more.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Experience with landscape management software for time tracking and job costing purposes

Compensation:

• Competitive pay: $25.00–$35.00 per hour
• Starting pay is based on experience, qualifications, and the skills you bring to the team.
