Job Description

We are seeking a Controller to lead our financial operations, compliance, and administrative functions in support of our employee-owners and long-term growth. The role provides financial leadership and reporting for strategic decision-making, ensures the accuracy and confidentiality of financial records, and leads the accounting and administrative team. Responsibilities include managing AP/AR, payroll, and taxes; overseeing tax filings and compliance reporting; maintaining key banking, vendor, auditor, and regulatory relationships. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or advanced degree preferred), 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in professional services or the A/E/C industry. ESOP experience is a plus. Must have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
