Crafted Highlights

In the role of Process Leader-Brewing working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Brewing Department in Brewery Operations. You will independently lead and coach a 24-hour operation primarily on Second Shift (1500 -2300 hours), but you also possess the flexibility to cover other shifts as well. Your direct reports will include hourly operational technicians and specialized craft labor. You will apply robust people management practices, build capability of the team(s), and create space for effective coaching and communications. You will build and maintain plans and standards around safety and quality.

You will lead departmental operations towards the vision of a high-performance team culture and drive change management initiatives to continually improve both plant and process operations to meet World Class Operations Standards. You will contribute to the operations manager group on site developing short term tactics and contributing to the department strategy for both the 90 day and annual plan.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager – Brewing Operations and works closely with Brewery Operational Teams.

What You’ll Be Brewing

• Lead a shift team of Brewing employees
• Successfully lead a 24-hour high-speed Brewing Department area in all aspects – safety, quality, cost, production, and morale.
• Successfully manage a diverse workforce of hourly individuals, providing coaching, feedback, accountability, and direction
• Develop and lead execution of the Line 90-day plan to address losses and build capability
• Lead team to deliver departmental KPIs the right way by driving World Class Supply Chain principles such as centerlines, changeovers, defect handling and clean-inspect-lubrication systems
• Develop and maintain a staffing plan for your shift to ensure all business needs are met while adhering to budget
• Coordinate change management across the shift, creating a culture of engagement and flexibility
• Collaborate with peers and cross-functional groups on additional projects to drive the department 90 day & annual plan

• Brewing Experience Preferred

Pay And Benefits

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $72,500.00 - $95,100.00 (posting salary range) 10% target short term incentive $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
