What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tea Barista position at Mollytea USA?
MollyTea is opening a brand-new store at Westfield Southcenter and looking for experienced Tea Baristas to join our team.
Location: 2800 Southcenter Mall, Tukwila, WA 98188
Pay: $22/hour tips (full-time and part-time available)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare beverages to recipe standards and serve customers with a positive attitude
- Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Prep ingredients, restock, and maintain a clean, organized store
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- 3 years of work experience required (food & beverage, coffee, or retail experience preferred)
- Reliable, professional, and serious about doing the job well
- Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Must be able to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card
- Bilingual in Chinese and English preferred
