Are you an experienced house cleaner looking to fill your schedule with more jobs each week? We're a local residential cleaning company in Pittsburgh, and we're looking for reliable, independent cleaners to take on recurring, one-time house, move in, move out, and post construction cleaning jobs.
We send you the work. You do what you do best. No marketing and no chasing clients.
What You'll Get

What You'll Do
- Standard, deep, post construction and move-in/move-out cleans in residential homes
- Review job details the day before (time, location, type of clean, client notes)
- Arrive on time (10 minutes early), introduce yourself, and do a quick walkthrough with the client
- Follow the job checklist in our app and take before/after photos
- Clock in and out of each job in the app
- Make sure the client is 100% satisfied before you leave, and fix any callbacks at no extra charge
- Communicate right away if you're running late or anything comes up
What We're Looking For
- 2 year of professional house cleaning experience
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Fast, professional communication (you answer calls and texts promptly)
- Takes ownership and has pride in their work
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the US
This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not employment. Contractors will sign a contractor agreement and W-9.
