• Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures according to established protocols to promote a healthy living space.
• Care for floors through specialized cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor care to enhance durability and appearance.
• Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper safety techniques.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks within designated schedules.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work experience and manual handling activities involving heavy lifting.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, janitorial supplies, and proper disposal methods.
