Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough residential cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common living areas to company standards
- Use and maintain professional cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality results
- Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners and clients
- Work as part of a team to complete cleaning assignments efficiently and on schedule
- Uphold client trust by maintaining confidentiality and respecting personal property
Requirements:
- Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or residential cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Trustworthy and professional with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established cleaning procedures
- Job requires cleaning multiple homes each day with the availability to work Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
