Are you a people person with a "can-do" attitude and an eye for detail? We are seeking a dynamic Estimator/Customer Service Representative to join our Molly Maid team! In this dual-focus role, you are the face (and voice) of our business—acting as the first point of contact for new clients and providing the accurate home cleaning estimates that drive our success.

This isn't a "desk-only" job. You’ll combine office-based client support with in-home consultations, leveraging your communication skills to build trust and grow our local footprint. No industry experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training on our proven cleaning processes and sales techniques.

What You’ll Do (Duties)

• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact via phone, email, and in-person visits to understand client needs and provide tailored service solutions.
• On-Site Estimating: Visit potential clients' homes to analyze project specifications and provide accurate, professional cost estimates.
• Sales & Growth: Follow up on "warm leads" (customers who reached out to us) through outbound calls and emails to schedule initial and recurring services.
• Data Integrity: Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, estimates, and schedules using Microsoft Office and our internal management software.
• Service Excellence: Assist customers with pricing, timeline inquiries, and upselling additional services to ensure a premium experience.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups of people.
• Language: Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a major plus (but not required).
• Mobility: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required (you'll be using our company car!).
• Reliability: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and maintain a consistent, stable working schedule.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with data entry and basic Microsoft Office tools.
• Self-Starter: A confident "outbound" mindset—you aren't afraid to pick up the phone and close a deal.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
