GENERAL PURPOSE
The Senior Director provides strategic leadership and works closely with the Dean of Innovative Delivery Methods on the operational oversight for Molloy’s Continuing Education & Professional Studies (CEPS) portfolio, including noncredit certificates, microcredentials, customized corporate education, professional licensure/CEU programs, and alternative pathways that stack to academic credit. This role is responsible for market strategy, program development, budget and P&L management, enrollment growth, quality and compliance, and deep partnerships with employers, community organizations, and academic units.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
When determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity. The hiring annual salary for this position is $118,000 to $128,000. This annual salary represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year strategy for CEPS aligned with the university’s mission, with defined goals for enrollment, revenue, and impact by using labor-market and competitive analysis to build a balanced, stackable portfolio of noncredit, credentialed, and workforce-focused programs aligned to market demand in flexible formats.
- Oversee the full program lifecycle from concept through scale and sunset, ensuring academic quality, instructor standards, and alignment with credit pathways through close collaboration with academic department while maintaining all CE/CEU, licensure, and accreditation requirements.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with employers, community organizations, and public agencies to design programs, secure funding, and deliver customized training with measurable outcomes. Own the CEPS financial and operational infrastructure, while scaling technology, overseeing programs and events, and ensuring efficient, compliant operations across all systems and processes.
- Leads the CEPS brand and go-to-market strategy in partnership with Marketing, ensuring strong visibility and high-touch learner experience from onboarding through career outcomes and alumni engagement. Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team, setting clear performance expectations aligned with strategic goals.
- Work with 3 rd party content providers to ensure Molloy quality standards are upheld.
- Master's degree (Education, Leadership, Business, or related field.)
- 5 to 8 years of work related experience
