Role: Full-Time Orthodontic Treatment Planner
Location: Sumner, WA
Pay: $25–$27 per hour
Schedule: Four days per week, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Your Day-to-Day As Our Orthodontic Treatment Planner:
- Coordinate treatment plans and ensure clear communication between patients and orthodontists
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits to keep patient flow smooth
- Educate patients about treatment options and explain procedures
- Discuss financial responsibilities so patients feel informed and confident
- Maintain accurate records and assist with insurance verification and billing
Ideal Candidate:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of experience in a dental office
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Outgoing and passionate about helping others
- Excellent communicator with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who thrives on collaboration
