Role Description The Manufacturing/Set Up Tech is a full-time role based in the Bristol/Penndel area. This role is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating injection molding equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards. Day-to-day activities include preparing molds and tooling, performing machine changeovers, verifying material and component availability, and monitoring production runs for efficiency and part quality. The Manufacturing/Set Up Tech will troubleshoot basic equipment issues, follow safety and housekeeping standards, and accurately record production data. This position collaborates closely with manufacturing engineers, operators, and quality team members to support continuous improvement and ensure consistent, reliable output.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong manufacturing and manufacturing operations skills, including experience with injection molding processes and production workflows.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles, such as equipment setup, process optimization, and basic troubleshooting.
