Our exclusive client who is a leading manufacturer of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic valves, accessories and a lot more is seeking a candidate for a Hydraulic Branch Manager position in the greater Atlanta, GA area. As a Branch Manager, your responsibilities include: recruiting, leadership, motivation, direction and training of the branch team so they are able to serve customers effectively and profitably. You will oversee all day-to-day operations, inventory management, and customer experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is driven to grow the market for an established, people-focused company.
LOCATION: Greater Atlanta, GA
REQUIREMENTS:
- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and high standards of service delivery
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the branch’s market share and profitability
- Supervise staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated team environment
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and building lasting customer relationships
- Manage project timelines, ensuring initiatives are completed on schedule while maintaining quality standards
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate customer satisfaction
- Order inventory as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or relevant diploma from a technical college and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years Fluid Power experience
- Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams
- Demonstrated strategic planning skills with the ability to set goals and execute action plans effectively
- Exceptional leadership qualities that motivate teams and promote a positive work culture
- Solid understanding of profit & loss management, and budget oversight
- Experience in business development with a track record of expanding customer base and increasing sales
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
