What You'll Do
As a Apprentice Restoration Technician, you'll be the right hand to a seasoned Crew Lead on job sites. You'll work closely with them to:
- Prep and contain work areas to prevent the spread of mold.
- Remove mold using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Assist with demolition and debris removal.
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment.
- Learn and apply our proven mold remediation protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Document job progress and complete necessary paperwork.
This position is designed to give you the skills and experience you need to lead your own team. We provide on-the-job training and a clear path to becoming a Crew Lead.
What We're Looking For
- A strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
- Reliable and punctual with a valid driver's license.
- Physically able to perform demanding work, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
- Comfortable working in various environments and conditions.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in construction, restoration, or a related field is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate.

- Pay: $17/hour
- Schedule: Full-time hours, with potential for overtime.
