L2 Service Desk
- Candidate should have excellent spoken and written English language skills.
- 3-4 years M365 and Microsoft Server
- 4 years Azure Infra and Admin Experience
- Microsoft Certification
- Candidates having experience in MSP environment and working experience with US based Clients will be given preference.
- Experience supporting Active Directory including group policy, PowerShell scripting & domain trust
- Proven ability to manage server roles & features, regular support operations, end-users support calls.
- Managing Exchange and Office 365 environments
- Have Done Migration work for Office 365 and Azure environments.
- Having hands on good experience on Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V)
- Proven experience managing industry-leading cloud provider platforms: Azure
- Experience managing remote access solutions including Microsoft RDS, administration
- Experience in Firewall
- Experience in Patching.
- Sever Administration 2022/2019/2016
- Experience in Intune.
- Experience in MDM.
- Experience in Backup like Veeam etc.
- Experience in Azure or Entra AD, AD Sync and Azure VM.
- Experience working with vendors, Microsoft licensing in an introductory support role
- Proven experience troubleshooting ISP related issue and co-ordination with the vendor's
- Comprehensive knowledge of managed services & multi-tenant support environments
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to participate in many projects simultaneously.
