MOKA CAFE is looking for an experienced and reliable Barista / Cafe Team Member to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, refreshers, and simple food items according to our recipes
* Take customer orders and operate the POS system
* Provide friendly and efficient customer service
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Restock ingredients and supplies
* Follow opening, closing, food safety, and cleaning procedures
* Work independently and handle daily tasks responsibly
Requirements:
* Previous barista, coffee shop, cafe, or food service experience required
* Reliable, punctual, and responsible
* Able to work independently
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Flexible availability, including weekends
Pay: Starting at $16/hour
Growth Opportunity:
High-performing team members may be promoted to Assistant Manager and become eligible for an additional $300 monthly leadership bonus, based on performance and fulfillment of assigned management responsibilities.
We are looking for someone interested in growing with MOKA CAFE and taking on additional responsibility over time.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
