We’re looking for a Senior PR Strategist to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for a strategic, media-savvy communicator who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling and earned media. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing media strategies, building strong press relationships, supporting brand partnerships, and serving as a trusted day-to-day partner to clients across sports, business, and lifestyle clients.
- Brainstorm, manage, and execute proactive and reactive media relations tied to client campaigns and always-on PR initiatives
- Build, maintain, and expand a strong roster of press contacts across sports, business, and lifestyle media
- Develop targeted media lists, pitch press, and recalibrate strategies creatively when approaches aren’t landing
- Draft and edit a wide range of media materials, including press releases, media alerts, pitches, talking points, statements, media lists, and partner-facing materials
- Serve as the proofreading and editing go-to, ensuring all materials are clear, polished, and error-free
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining client-facing and internal trackers and keeping timelines and deliverables up to date
- Work toward becoming a day-to-day client lead, including running client calls and managing ongoing communications
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment across media relations, partnerships, and campaign execution
- Stay curious, proactive, and engaged as part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is commensurate with experience: $65,000-$80,000
