Job Summary
The Regional Enrollment Ambassador serves as the primary liaison between Mojave River Academy (MRA) and prospective families. This position is responsible for ensuring a seamless, supportive, and efficient enrollment process by responding to inquiries, guiding families through onboarding, and actively engaging in community outreach. The ambassador plays a vital role in expanding access to MRA’s independent study program by removing barriers to enrollment and connecting students to a personalized learning environment. This position bridges the gap between initial inquiry and successful enrollment, ensuring families feel informed, supported, and confident in choosing MRA. The role also supports site operations by alleviating enrollment-related workload from Center Principals and providing flexible, regional support.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, marketing, or related field (preferred) Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to travel regularly between regional sites and events Experience in education, public charter schools, or independent study programs Familiarity with California Education Code related to independent study (Ed Code 51747) Experience in enrollment, admissions, community outreach, or customer engagement Bilingual (preferred but not required)
