ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Mojave Energy Systems is seeking an experienced Material Handler to join the warehouse support team for our third-generation liquid desiccant air conditioner factory. You will be responsible for the material movement of Mojave ArctiDry air conditioners and for achieving and exceeding all budgeted metrics: Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. This is a rare opportunity to join a venture-backed climate-tech company at a critical inflection point: we've proven the technology works and we're ramping production. This is an on-site position in the Greenville/Anderson/Spartanburg area, South Carolina.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for the material movement of Mojave ArctiDry air conditioners.

· Responsible to achieve and exceed all budgeted metrics: Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

· Follow work instructions and guidelines to support manufacturing operations.

· Interface clearly and politely with customers and coworkers.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High School Diploma

· Authorized to work in the US

· 1-3 years of forklift experience

· 1-3 years of scanner operation

· Ability to stand and bend for 8 hours per day

· Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

· Preferred: 2 years of post-High School education and 3 years of forklift and warehouse experience

· Preferred: 3-5 years of ERP system navigation and use, comfort with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word), and prior experience in planning/buyer roles

We manufacture our products in the United States at our Anderson, South Carolina facility and our engineering lab is based in Sunnyvale, California. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $21.00 - $30.00 per hour with an equity award (4 year vest) on hire. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and work location, consistent with applicable law.
