What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle inbound sales requests, quotes, and order processing
- Provide pricing, product availability, and lead times
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Work closely with production and shipping teams
- Manage order lifecycle from quote through fulfillment
- Maintain CRM records and generate Excel reports
- Deliver a high-quality customer and sales experience
- 2 years of inside sales or customer-facing sales experience REQUIRED
- Manufacturing, industrial, or B2B product environment preferred
- Experience managing accounts and driving revenue
- Comfortable working with pricing, margins, and product recommendations
- CRM (Salesforce preferred) Excel reporting
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
