$90,000 – $125,000 DOE | Full Benefits | Direct Hire

What You’ll Do
- Create, refine, and maintain CNC programs for Swiss-style and multi-axis lathes using CAD/CAM tools (Mastercam and/or Esprit)
- Analyze complex blueprints and apply GD&T to build efficient, repeatable machining strategies
- Select tooling, workholding, and fixturing to optimize accuracy, quality, and throughput
- Support first-article inspections and collaborate with Quality to meet aerospace and customer standards
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime and scrap
- Partner with setup technicians and operators—providing hands-on support, training, and best practices
- Lead continuous improvement efforts focused on cycle-time reduction, tooling performance, and process stability
- Maintain accurate documentation (programs, setup sheets, tooling lists, process standards)
- Uphold a safe, organized, and professional manufacturing environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of CNC programming experience with a strong emphasis on lathe operations
- Hands-on experience with Swiss-style CNC lathes (day-one capability)
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (Esprit and/or Mastercam)
- Strong command of G-code and M-code
- Proven ability to read complex prints and apply GD&T
- Experience machining aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium
- Independent problem-solver who collaborates well across production, quality, and engineering
- Ability to drive projects from print ? program ? production
Nice to Have
- Aerospace and/or medical manufacturing background
- High-mix / low-volume or job-shop experience
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 environments
- Track record of improving cycle time, scrap, or uptime
- Technical certifications or formal CNC training
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate degree or technical certification in machining or manufacturing technology (preferred)
