About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing food company is looking to add a Retail Sales Merchandiser to support its retail presence across the San Francisco market. This is a hands-on, in-store role focused on merchandising, sales support, and maintaining strong relationships with grocery retailers. You’ll help ensure products are properly stocked, displayed, rotated, and visible — directly contributing to increased sell-through and brand performance at the store level.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Merchandise products to shelves and maintain retail standards

• Build and maintain in-store product displays

• Complete store resets and collaborate with retail teams

• Place orders during store visits and monitor stock levels

• Process credits as needed

• Strengthen relationships with store personnel and management

• Identify opportunities to increase product visibility and sales

• Travel between multiple grocery locations within the territory

What They’re Looking For

• Retail merchandising experience (grocery or CPG preferred)

• Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets

• Experience building displays and completing resets

• Ability to place orders and process credits in retail environments

• Familiarity with sales techniques and pipeline management

• Proficiency with MS Office

• Ability to lift 40 lbs

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to travel to multiple store locations

• Bilingual English/Arabic preferred (not required)
