National Executive Recruiter
Miami, FL (Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote | Blue Lagoon area) | $70K base (more depending on experience) uncapped commissions (no draw)
About the Opportunity
MOHR Talent is expanding our internal recruiting team in Miami because we have an abundance of active job orders and new searches coming in right now. We need another strong recruiter who can step in, take ownership of a desk, and help us deliver fast without sacrificing quality.
This is a recruiting-only role — no cold calling, no business development, and no sales quotas. You’ll focus on what you do best: sourcing, screening, managing pipelines, and closing candidates on searches across the U.S.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own full-cycle recruiting on national searches
- Source and attract talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outbound outreach
- Run high-quality screens and interviews to qualify skills, motivation, and compensation alignment
- Manage pipelines with urgency: follow-ups, scheduling, feedback loops, and candidate closing
- Keep ATS/notes organized so searches move quickly and cleanly
- Partner with leadership and the team to prioritize openings and hit hiring timelines
What We’re Looking For
- 1 years of agency recruiting experience (direct hire or contract — either works)
- Strong candidate control: you can drive process, maintain pace, and close
- High activity high standards (you’re productive, but not sloppy)
- Organized and process-driven — you don’t let candidates go dark
- Able to work the Miami hybrid schedule (4 onsite / 1 remote)
