$45,000–$50,000 base uncapped commission (no draw)

About the Opportunity
MOHR Talent is expanding our delivery team in Miami because we have an abundance of active job orders and new searches coming in right now. This is a high-visibility entry point for someone who wants to build a real career in agency recruiting with consistent requisitions to work and a clear path upward.
This position is 100% recruiting and delivery — no business development, no cold calling clients, and no sales quotas. You’ll focus on sourcing, screening, pipeline management, and closing candidates on national searches.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support national searches by sourcing and engaging candidates across industries and professional skill sets
- Build pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals.
- Conduct phone/video screens to evaluate skills, motivation, availability, and compensation alignment
- Submit qualified candidates and help move them through the process (scheduling, prep, feedback, follow-ups)
- Maintain strong candidate communication and a clean candidate experience (no ghosting, no sloppy handoffs)
- Keep ATS documentation accurate and up to date in Bullhorn (notes, status changes, submittals, interviews)
- Partner closely with senior recruiters and account managers to prioritize openings and hit hiring timelines
- Learn best practices in candidate control, pipeline management, and high-volume execution
What We’re Looking For
- 1 years of experience in recruiting, HR, sales, customer-facing, or high-activity roles
- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills (you can build trust fast)
- Highly organized and proactive — you don’t need to be chased for follow-ups
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple searches moving at once
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or ATS tools is a plus (Bullhorn is a plus)
