Customer Support Specialist
Valhalla, NY | $55,000 Holiday Bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | Onsite (2 WFH days/month)
Join a fast-growing healthcare technology organization supporting customers with top-tier phone and email support. As a key member of the Support Team, you’ll help resolve issues on the first call, drive product adoption, and ensure customers receive exceptional service — all while collaborating closely with leadership and internal teams.
What You’ll Be DoingAnswer and manage incoming calls & emails with professionalism and urgency
Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution
Document interactions in Salesforce with accuracy and proper coding
Deliver basic product training to users to improve product adoption
Troubleshoot account and platform issues
Escalate complex issues appropriately while advocating for customer needs
Maintain high productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment
(Target: 30 calls/day 20 emails/day)
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Experience in customer support or call center environments preferred
CRM proficiency (Salesforce a plus)
Ability to multitask between phone and email support seamlessly
Calm under pressure and skilled in de-escalating customer frustration
Tech-savvy — able to learn software quickly
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Experience with payments software is a plus
