What You'll Do
- Manage commercial escrow transactions from opening through closing
- Prepare, review, and process closing documents
- Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and other parties
- Resolve title and closing issues quickly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate transaction records and escrow files
- Ensure compliance with company, state, and industry requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
- 2 years of commercial escrow experience
- Strong understanding of title and escrow procedures
- Experience managing multiple transactions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- ResWare experience is a plus
- Ability to obtain applicable state licensing and notary commission
- $80,000 base salary plus commission opportunities
