CNC Setup Operator

Hatfield, PA 19440 | Full-Time | $28 per hour | Overtime Available | UNION

We are currently hiring for an experienced CNC Setup Operator for a stable, well-established manufacturing company that produces high-precision industrial components used in energy, environmental, and heavy equipment applications. This is a direct hire, full-time union position offering excellent benefits, steady hours, and long-term career stability.

This role is best suited for a machinist with strong experience setting up and operating manual and CNC lathes / turning centers and working with tight tolerances in a production environment.

• Weekly pay
• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Overtime often available
• Onsite position

• Set up and operate manual and CNC lathes and turning centers
• Machine precision mechanical components with close tolerances
• Perform complex machine setups and adjustments
• Read blueprints and follow machining specifications
• Use micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring tools
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Maintain quality and production standards
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Work independently with limited supervision
• Assist other machinists when needed

• 3 years machining experience
• Experience with manual and CNC machines
• Manufacturing / machine shop experience required
• Ability to read precision measurement tools
• Setup experience required (not operator only)
• Stable work history required
• High School Diploma or GED required
