About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a fast-growing global logistics and distribution company who is seeking a Billing Analyst to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing across high-volume customer accounts.
This role is essential to maintaining financial integrity within the organization. You will generate invoices, reconcile accounts and collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and keep billing processes running smoothly

What You’ll Be Doing
Generate and send accurate invoices to clients in alignment with company policies and service records.
Manage accounts receivable aging, follow up on overdue balances, and document collection efforts.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies to maintain strong client relationships and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Process incoming payments, apply payments to appropriate customer accounts, and reconcile variances.
Prepare and maintain organized billing records, invoice logs, and payment histories.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to verify billing information and address customer inquiries.
Prepare aging and billing reports to support financial decision-making.
Assist with month-end closing activities and contribute to financial reporting cycles.
Ensure all billing activities comply with internal controls, policies, and industry standards.
What They’re Looking For
3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounting, or a related administrative finance role.
Proficiency with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, or comparable billing platforms.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service approach.
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare clear and accurate reports.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
