Bilingual Intake Coordinator | Hybrid Opportunity

Miami, FL 33172 | Hybrid Schedule (3 Days Onsite / 2 Remote) | $18/hour

We are actively hiring a Bilingual Intake Coordinator to join a respected nonprofit healthcare organization supporting older adults and families throughout the community.

• Conduct intake assessments and screenings for incoming clients
• Help connect individuals with community programs and support services
• Prioritize client needs and assist with triage coordination
• Maintain detailed records and documentation
• Provide compassionate support to older adults and family members

• Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED
• MUST be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• 2 years of experience in social services, nonprofit organizations, healthcare support, intake, or case management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency required

Nonprofit, community outreach, and case management experience are highly preferred.
