Senior Civil Site Project Manager (Midwest Region)

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Project Manager to join our Civil Site Group. In this leadership role, you will manage a variety of site development projects, mentor and develop engineering staff, and actively seek new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is adaptable, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil site development projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Mentor, train, and develop engineering team members.
• Collaborate with business development teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple geographic markets.
• Oversee project profitability through effective resource allocation and delegation.
• Conduct quality control reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–30 years of experience in civil site development project management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Ability to work across multiple geographic markets (Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, and beyond).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
