Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil site development projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Mentor, train, and develop engineering team members.
- Collaborate with business development teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple geographic markets.
- Oversee project profitability through effective resource allocation and delegation.
- Conduct quality control reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5–30 years of experience in civil site development project management.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Ability to work across multiple geographic markets (Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, and beyond).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
